Sometimes the best experiments evolve beyond our original design. My first “Come Inside” session was everything I hoped for – just not how I expected. Here’s the story.

I have been coaching since 2004. As a personal development coach, I use an eclectic style, drawing on a wide range of techniques, including: psychodynamic, behavioural & creative, narrative-based approaches.
I take an approach centred on you, beginning with any issues you bring and identifying the best approach to match your preferred style.

This afternoon I’m trying something new – inviting eight people to “Come Inside” for an intimate conversation about small experiments. No agenda beyond curiosity. No outcomes beyond connection. Just opening the door to the Chief Explorer’s Library and seeing what emerges when we explore the small ways we test ideas.
Small experiments create big impact! Just heard how ‘Precious Jewels’ concepts are being applied by HR professionals. These bounded experiments break decision paralysis and encourage practical innovation. Last day to grab this and 3 other free eBooks – offer ends tomorrow night! Which small experiment will you try this week?
In April 2022 I became a Chief Explorer as I stepped away from my leadership role in the English National Health Service. I am developing a new role that will explore the outer and inner worlds, in search of new ideas, new ventures and seeking the deeper meaning of this precious human life that we all have.
