Almanac #6 In this issue: shifting from tourist to explorer, bringing space into our work, recent reading on alchemy and world-building, and stepping away for a 24-day journey across Europe.

A tourist collects moments. An explorer inhabits them.
When you approach life as a tourist—your job, your relationships, your creative work—they become destinations to complete rather than territories to truly know.
An explorer moves differently. They have curiosity as their compass, not a checklist. They notice. They pause. They ask ‘what if?’
The shift from tourist to explorer isn’t just about attitude. It requires Space—and that’s what my forthcoming book, The Fifth Element, explores.”

In late 2025, I hosted the second and third Come Inside sessions—intimate online gatherings exploring Active Imagination and the inner characters that shape us. Built on a simple model of teach, play, create, these experimental sessions invited participants to meet their own emerging characters while exploring the alchemical work of self-discovery.
More Come Inside sessions are planned for 2026. If you’re curious about active imagination and the journey of becoming who you truly are, I’d love to hear from you.
