As an Author, my work includes “Values Count” which is a book about values based working in organisations and “Insight Coaching” which is packed full of practical ideas for coaches and for those interested in being coached. My most recent book, “The Inner Fire” gives you the opportunity to go deeper in the coaching process, using alchemy as a metaphor for depth coaching.
I have been coaching since 2004. As a personal development coach, I use an eclectic style, drawing on a wide range of techniques, including: psychodynamic, behavioural & creative, narrative-based approaches.
I take an approach centred on you, beginning with any issues you bring and identifying the best approach to match your preferred style.
