Empowering Life Changes Through Coaching and Creativity

PAY-WHAT-YOU-FEEL
HOW THIS WORKS

A Different Approach to Pricing

I price my coaching differently. All my programmes operate on a pay-what-you-feel model—you decide what feels fair and sustainable for you. I suggest £150 per month as a starting point, but ultimately, the choice is yours.

This isn’t about charity or undervaluing my work. It’s a deliberate choice rooted in my values and my belief about what creates genuine coaching relationships.

The Philosophy Behind This Approach

I believe coaching should be:

  • Accessible: Not reserved for the wealthy
  • Honest: Based on genuine choice and mutual respect
  • Flexible: Acknowledging that life circumstances vary
  • Valued: Recognising that meaningful work deserves fair exchange

Pay-what-you-feel is my attempt to honour all of these principles at once.

Why Pay-What-You-Feel?

Removes Barriers to Access

Coaching can feel like a luxury reserved for those with significant disposable income. I believe meaningful support should be available to people across different financial circumstances. Pay-what-you-feel removes the barrier of fixed pricing, allowing more people to access coaching.

Builds Trust and Integrity

When you choose what to pay, you’re making an active commitment. You’re not paying because you “have to”—you’re paying because you’ve decided this is valuable and you want to invest in it. This creates a different quality of relationship, one based on genuine choice rather than obligation.

In practice, this approach has created some of my most meaningful coaching relationships. Clients tell me that choosing their own investment changes how they show up—it becomes a commitment rather than a transaction.

Honours Your Reality

Life circumstances change. You might be in a season of abundance or a season of constraint. Pay-what-you-feel acknowledges that and creates flexibility. If your circumstances shift during our work together, we can adjust.

Aligns with My Values

I’m a Buddhist practitioner, and generosity is central to my practice. I also believe in fairness, reciprocity, and mutual respect. Pay-what-you-feel reflects these values—it’s not about me giving away my expertise, but about creating a relationship where both of us feel respected and valued.

How It Works in Practice

The Suggested Standard: £150 per month

I suggest £150 per month as a fair exchange for:

  • Monthly 1-hour coaching calls
  • WhatsApp support between sessions
  • Access to my written works and resources
  • Invitation to group sessions (where applicable)
  • My time, experience, and genuine care

This figure reflects the value of professional coaching whilst remaining accessible.

You Decide What Works for You

You might pay:

  • The suggested £150 if that feels right for your circumstances
  • More if you’re in a position of abundance and want to support my work
  • Less if you’re navigating financial constraints—and that’s completely okay

The only requirement is that you pay what feels honest and sustainable for you. I trust your integrity.

Transparency and Consistency

Once you’ve decided what to pay, we’ll keep it consistent throughout your programme. If your circumstances change significantly, we can revisit the conversation. But I ask that you’re honest about what you can genuinely afford.

What This Isn't

This isn’t a sliding scale based on income verification. I’m not asking for proof of your financial situation. I’m trusting you to be honest about what’s fair for you.

This isn’t about undervaluing coaching. My expertise, experience, and care have real value. Pay-what-you-feel acknowledges that value whilst making it accessible.

This isn’t pay-nothing. Whilst I’m flexible, I also need to sustain my practice. Pay-what-you-feel is an invitation to find a figure that honours both your reality and the value of our work together.
