Why Twelve Months?

What makes this timeframe powerful is continuity.

I’ll come to know your patterns, your language, your particular way of navigating the world. You won’t need to re-explain yourself each time. We can pick up threads from months earlier and see how they’ve evolved.

Some months we’ll focus intensely on one area; others we’ll range widely. Some sessions will feel like breakthroughs; others like gentle consolidation.

All of it matters. All of it counts.

This depth of knowing creates the conditions for genuine transformation—something that quick fixes simply can’t offer.

Both are valid paths. Some clients start with a 4-month programme and then transition to Fellow Explorer. Others begin with Fellow Explorer because they know they need longer-term support. There’s no “right” way—only what’s right for you.
