Welcome to the website of Stuart Eglin, PhD. I am a Personal Development Coach and Author. My time is split across a portfolio of interests – including coaching, writing, buddhism, and exploring the world outside and within each of us.

As an Author, my work includes “Values Count” which is a book about values based working in organisations and “Insight Coaching” which is packed full of practical ideas for coaches and for those interested in being coached. “The Inner Fire” brings Jungian and depth approaches to personal development building on models developed in my PhD thesis. This practical book guides the reader through an alchemical approach to coaching and development. 

I also have produced many collections of poetry over the years. Recent ones are available in paperback and eBook formats from the shop on this site as well as on Amazon.  

I have also been blogging since 2003.
